Size Guide
All of our pieces are shipped from our studio in Caracas, Venezuela.
• In-Stock Items: Orders containing items currently in stock will be shipped the next business day via DHL Express. Estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 working days.
• Made-To-Order Items: Please allow 15 to 20 working days for production and shipping. Once ready, your piece will be dispatched via DHL Express.
We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs clearance processes.
Due to the nature of our work, we may* accept returns only for unused, undamaged items reported within 10 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only for sizing issues or defects on our part.
*Please note that exceptions may apply and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
We do not accept returns after the 10-day window.
Store your piece in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and artificial light.
Handle and store with care to preserve its structure and fabric.
We recommend professional dry cleaning or gentle hand washing at home when needed.
To extend the life of your garment, clean only when necessary — the less you wash it, the better it will age over time.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not iron directly — if needed, iron with a protective cloth or have it done by a professional.
