All of our pieces are shipped from our studio in Caracas, Venezuela.
• In-Stock Items: Orders containing items currently in stock will be shipped the next business day via DHL Express. Estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 working days.
• Made-To-Order Items: Please allow 15 to 20 working days for production and shipping. Once ready, your piece will be dispatched via DHL Express.
We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs clearance processes.
Due to the nature of our work, we may* accept returns only for unused, undamaged items reported within 10 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only for sizing issues or defects on our part.
