This product is true to size. We recommend ordering your usual size.

Each Puerta Negra piece is individually crafted in our Caracas atelier and may vary slightly in fit while remaining within the overall size range. Use the Size Guide for measurements, or write to us at hello@puerta-negra.com for personalized fit guidance.

Shipping & Returns

Returns and exchanges are available for orders delivered within the United States only.

All of our pieces are shipped from our studio in Caracas, Venezuela.

• In-Stock Items: Orders containing items currently in stock will be shipped the next business day via DHL Express. Estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 working days.

• Made-To-Order Items: Please allow 15 to 20 working days for production and shipping. Once ready, your piece will be dispatched via DHL Express.

We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs clearance processes.

Due to the nature of our work, we may* accept returns only for unused, undamaged items reported within 10 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only for sizing issues or defects on our part.

*Please note that exceptions may apply and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

We do not accept returns after the 10-day window.

Care

We recommend professional dry cleaning or gentle hand washing at home when needed.

To extend the life of your garment, clean only when necessary — the less you wash it, the better it will age over time.

Do not iron directly — if needed, iron with a protective cloth or have it done by a professional.
